These sleeves are designed to ensure a snug fit, providing even heating for vibrant and professional sublimation transfers across a wide range of tumbler sizes.
Secure the Design: Place the printed sublimation transfer paper onto the surface of the tumbler.
Select and Apply the Shrink Wrap Sleeve: Choose the appropriate size sleeve for your tumbler, slide it over the tumbler, ensuring proper alignment of the design.
Heat to Shrink: Use a heat gun to evenly heat the sleeve, causing it to shrink and conform tightly to the tumbler's surface.
Sublimation Transfer: Place the wrapped tumbler into a preheated convection oven or heat press, following recommended temperature and time guidelines for sublimation.
Cool and Remove: After the transfer is complete, allow the tumbler to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, carefully remove the shrink wrap sleeve to reveal the transferred design.
