Breaking through the limitations of traditional hot peel films, it can be peeled off immediately after heat transfer, no need to wait for cooling or rely on rubbing. The peeling process is smooth with neat edges, significantly reducing the time for each print and improving production efficiency.​

The special coating design enhances ink adsorption, easily carrying multiple layers of color or white ink. It makes colors more rich and saturated, white ink more pure and bright, with stronger detail expression, ensuring even complex patterns are clearly presented.​

Usage Guidelines​

1. Print the pattern onto the matte side of the DTF Film Roll in mirror mode (CMYK first, then white ink).​

2. Apply hot melt powder evenly and remove excess powder.​

3. Cure according to the equipment type: 125°C (257°F) for shaker machines, 140°C (284°F) for desktop curing ovens.​

4. Transfer by heat press at medium pressure, 160°C (320°F) for 10-15 seconds.​

5. Peel instantly! (Remove the film gently)​

6. Heat press again at 137°C (280°F) with medium pressure for 5 seconds to enhance the soft hand feel of the fabric.
