The newly developed heat press MAG-40 is for professional textile printers of large objects: With an extra large work area of 60 x 100 cm, the transfer press is particularly suitable for heat transfers on expansive media such as flags, sheets or room dividers made of textile. The base plate acts as a drawer, which allows comfortable arranging of transfer objects and can be handled despite its size with little effort. The pressure of the MAG-40 transfer press is without air compressor, which still can work with consistent and reproducible results. The strong design head of the heat plate allows due to vertical contact pressure a flawless transferring of various materials without displacement effects, etc. The Microtec MAG-40 heat press with a heat output of 3.6 kW is suitable for all standard transfer processes and thus can be used in almost all areas of technology transfer.

For your reference, All Microtec heat presses are strictly tested under the following procedures before shipping out.
1) Turn on the machine, let it heating up to 200 degree Celsius.
2) Keep the temperature stay at 200 degree Celsius for at least 20 minutes.
3) Full size transfer testing with whole black color.
